alternative medicines

Mushrooms, LSD, MDMA & more

The use of alternative medicines – however you define them and trace their roots – really started to rise in popularity in the west during the counterculture movement of the 60’s, and as part of the new age movement of the 70’s. Before the 1970s, practitioners that were not part of the current “science-based medical establishment” were referred to as irregular practitioners, and were dismissed by the mainstream population at large.

Today we are seeing a major shift in public opinion and support when it comes to legalizing psychedelic plants and fungi, as well as LSD and MDMA – which have shown to have tremendous medical potential for treating psychiatric illnesses, as well as enhancing personal growth, creativity, innovation, spirituality, couples therapy, celebratory experiences and more.

With almost every state in the US having passed some form of cannabis legalization, many of the same advocates who worked on legalizing Hemp, CBD and Marijuana are now focusing on the decriminalization of psilocybin. As the war on drugs in America ends, an increase in happiness and prosperity across the nation will begin.

Through its subsidiary Green Touch Awareness, DEQI intends to explore opportunities in the exciting emerging industry of psychedelic / mind and body altering “alternative medicines”.
